Christine and Meg are the Medical Secretaries for the three GP’s and ANP. Christine types all referral letters and follows up hospital appointments.

Responsible for coding of clinical letters.
Reception

Responsible for greeting both patients and members of the public. Telephone queries, booking appointments, processing prescriptions and other office duties.
Registration of new Patients

Responsible for processing new applications to become a patient at the surgery.
