Responsible for the administration and general running of the practice.

Secretary

Christine and Daniela are the Medical Secretaries for the three GP’s and ANP. Christine types all referral letters and follows up hospital appointments.

Clinical Coding

Responsible for coding of clinical letters.

New Patients Registrations Clerk

Responsible for Registering New Patients at the surgery and requesting their notes from their previous surgery.

Fiona (Reception Supervisor)

Reception Team – Daisy, Daniela, Jill, Julia, Lauren, Lorraine, Nicola and Sophie

Responsible for greeting both patients and members of the public. Telephone queries, booking appointments, processing prescriptions and other office duties.

Ruth is able to offer patients appointments for Cervical Smears, Travel and Child Immunitations,Health Promotion and various treatment room duties. 

Flossie Dover
RGN/Independent Nurse Prescriber

Flossie is experienced in providing advice for contraception including HRT. She also provides annual and ongoing management and support for chronic diseases such as Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Ischaemic Heart Disease,
Learning Disabilities, Hypertension and Spirometry.

In addition to this Flossie also undertakes wound care and leg ulcer management, including doppler assessments.
Travel advice and immunisations.
Family planning advice and smears

Melanie Pick
RGN/Independent Nurse Prescriber

Is a Practice Nurse and provides Chronic Disease management in:
Diabetes, Hypertension, Ischaemic Heart Disease, Asthma, COPD/Spirometry.
Melanie also provides the following services:
Contraception / Family Planning, smears and sexual health advice.
Childhood Immunisations
Dressings and Leg Ulcer advice
Travel advice and immunisations

Leanne Aston

Healthcare Assistant

Leanne is qualified to take blood withdrawal, blood pressure readings, ECG’s and Audiometry. She also assists the GP’s during minor surgery.

Lauren Hill

Phlebotomist

Lauren is new to the practice and we are delighted that she has become fully qualified to withdrawal blood.

Worcestershire Midwives

The Evesham Community Midwives Team is now known as the Abbey Team Midwives.
The Midwife team will be seeing the following women in clinic: 
Those that are newly pregnant for 1st appts (must be 9/10 weeks).
Those that are 28 weeks pregnant.
Those that are 36 weeks pregnant.

Neighbourhood Team

The Neighbour-hood Team provide nursing care to patients in their homes and work closely with the Primary Health Care Team to meet the needs of patients, their carers and family. The team have a wide variety of skills, knowledge and experience to provide care and treatment that a modern community practice requires.

Rachel Hind
Clinical Pharmacist

Rachel is a Clinical Pharmacist she works alongside the General Practitioners managing all the in-coming prescription requests and communicates with external Pharmacies.
She sees patients F2F to discuss their Blood Pressure and their medication.

Oshin Thomas
Physician Associate

Oshin is a Physician Associate based at DeMontfort Medical Centre and is part of the PCN. My role involves supporting the GP’s, conducting patient history and exams, Interpreting investigations and managing diagnosis. I earned my MSc in Physician Associate from the University of Worcester in 2023, transitioning from a Research Associate position at Aston University. My academic background includes BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Molecular Medicine from the University of Sheffield.

Sarah Price
Paramedic

Sarah will see patients F2F for acute presentations of both physical and mental health, management of co-existing conditions and follow-ups.
