The Number of Patients Failing to Attend Booked Appointments is Increasing with around 140 patients missing appointments every month!!    This is the same as more than 30 clinical hours.

If You Cannot Make an Appointment...PLEASE LET US KNOW.... 

As a result of this we are struggling to offer a 7 day appointment system.....

We have now changed our appointment system offering appointments from 08:00 to 17:30hrs which can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.  We hope this helps people that work or who are unable to make appointments during the day.  In addition to this we have changed the way we book appointments releasing most of these on a Monday for the rest of the week.

For those patients whose condition is more serious and who believe they need to be seen sooner than an available appointment, we offer a same day telephone consultation service with our duty doctor.

PHLEBOTOMIST REQUIRED
