Booster dose scheduling

For operational reasons, administration may be brought forward to a minimum of five months in certain circumstances including:

  • In a care home setting to enable all residents to be vaccinated in the same session
  • Where an otherwise eligible individual attends for another reason (for example to receive influenza vaccine

Booster doses now live on NBS for over 40s

Vaccine Data Resolution Service (VDRS)

Aims to resolve missing or incorrect vaccination records for individuals vaccinated in England

For Patients with current NHS number & registered with a GP practice in England.

Patients need to call 119 and ask call agent to make a referral to the VDRS team on their behalf.  The VDRS team will then call the patient back within 5 working days.

Note: VDRS will not provide clinical advice and cannot assist with queries related to vaccinations received overseas.
